Under the direct supervision of the EVS (Environmental Services) Manager, the EVS Specialist provides room turns, and terminal cleaning services in the perioperative setting and assists in the maintenance of a safe, clean environment.
The EVS Specialist has the following responsibilities:
- Follows specific procedure to perform terminal cleaning of the Inpatient rooms
- Uses industrial cleaning agents and equipment following appropriate safety procedures.
- Clean and re-make stretchers/beds.
- Turnover all Inpatient rooms between patients.
- Stock all assigned areas.
- Transport equipment as directed.
- Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required.

- Tuesday - Saturday 9:00am - 5:30pm
- $18-$22/hour, depending on experience
