Arizona Spine and Joint Hospital is seeking an enthusiastic Human Resources Manager to join our team!

The Human Resource Manager is responsible for:

  • Oversight and direction of the functions associated with the human resource office.
  • Responsible for human resources management information systems.
  • Processes all new hire paperwork in a timely in accurate manner.
  • Ensures that all employee changes are submitted in a timely and appropriate manner.
  • Prepares time and attendance submittals for payroll processing in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintains all employee records in a current status and maintains the strictest confidentiality with regard to those records.
  • Processes human resources policies, procedures, and supports the goals of the hospital as well as the corporation.
  • Projects a professional demeanor and appearance, while maintaining an approachable and supportive manner with management and employees.
  • Maintains the confidentiality of patients, coworkers and Arizona Spine and Joint Hospital, as appropriate.
  • The Human Resources Manager will assist in the recruitment of appropriately trained staff and ensure that policies and procedures affecting the staff of the hospital are developed and applied in a fair and equitable manner.
  • The Human Resources Manager will ensure that the integrity of information pertaining to the hospitals staff and physicians are protected.
  • This position does not have direct reports.

Required Skills:
  • SHRM–CP preferred, not required
  • Hospital experience highly preferred, not required.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail in preparing and processing documents of a confidential and critical nature.
  • Ability to relate and work effectively with others
  • Demonstrated skills in verbal and written English communications.
  • Willingness to participate in goal-setting and educational activities for own growth and advancements.
  • Demonstrated computer skills in utilizing word processing, integrated database and other functions.
