Arizona Advanced Endoscopy is seeking a motivated Patient Service Representative to join our team. We are a fast-paced ASC (Ambulatory Surgery Center) environment, committed to delivering the highest quality care and experience for patients and their families.
Job Summary
As a Patient Services Representative, you will greet and check in patients, verify their personal and insurance information, and schedule appointments. You'll handle patient inquiries, process payments, maintain confidential records, and ensure smooth communication between patients and clinical staff. Additionally, you will distribute necessary paperwork and provide pre-procedure instructions, ensuring a positive patient experience from start to finish.

Required Skills:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in scheduling software and basic computer skills.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance processes (a plus).
  • Bilingual communication skills (preferred but not required).

Required Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required).
  • Experience in a medical office setting, particularly in gastroenterology or surgery centers (preferred).
