Required Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in scheduling software and basic computer skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance processes (a plus).
- Bilingual communication skills (preferred but not required).
Required Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Experience in a medical office setting, particularly in gastroenterology or surgery centers (preferred).
