Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Full-Time Certified Surgical Tech to join our team. The Surgical Tech will play a crucial role in assisting with surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining a sterile environment in our modern surgical facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and organize the surgical suite before each procedure.
  • Assist the surgical team by providing the necessary instruments and supplies.
  • Ensure a sterile field is maintained throughout the surgical procedure.
  • Anticipate the needs of the surgical team and provide prompt assistance.
  • Handle surgical instruments with care and proficiency.
  • Assist with patient positioning and draping.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to maintain a safe and efficient surgical environment.
  • Follow infection control and safety protocols at all times.
  • Assist in post-operative cleanup and restocking of the surgical suite.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices.

Required Skills:
  • Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certificatioin
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience as a Surgical Tech in an ambulatory surgery center or hospital setting preferred.
  • Knowledge of surgical instruments and equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
