Quad City Gastroenterology, is hiring a full-time Scheduler to join our growing team!

The Scheduler works closely with the provider, Practice Manager, ASC Manager, and other support staff to schedule office and ASC medical procedures. This role involves scheduling diagnostic and imaging tests, as well as office and ASC-based medical procedures, ensuring maximum efficiency of the schedule. The Procedure Scheduler also confirms patient insurance and provides accurate, detailed information to patients regarding test preparations, time of arrival, and any other pertinent details.

This position operates Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with a starting pay range of $15.00 to $20.00 per hour.

Qualification Requirements: To perform this job successfully, and individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactory. Education and/or experience:High School education and/or equivalent; up to one year of related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. Within the first 90 days of employment and annual thereafter, must complete EDGE training and be able to recite program objectives, key requirement, process steps and goals as outline below.


Required Experience:
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in procedure scheduling is strongly preferred.
