We’re seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) on a per-diem basis to support our growing OR team. This role is ideal for someone with flexible availability who thrives in a team-focused surgical environment and wants to contribute to excellent patient care without a full-time commitment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Set up and maintain sterile fields for surgical procedures
  • Assist surgeons and staff by passing instruments and anticipating needs
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain surgical instruments and supplies
  • Help with room turnover, equipment cleaning, and surgical readiness
  • Perform instrument and supply counts per protocol
  • Support compliance with infection prevention and safety guidelines

Required Skills:
  • Knowledge of surgical procedures and sterile techniques
  • Quick adaptability and calm under pressure
  • Effective communication and teamwork
  • Attention to detail and commitment to patient safety

Required Experience:
  • Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program
  • CST certification required
  • BLS certification required
  • At least 1 year of OR experience preferred
  • Familiarity with specialties such as Orthopedics, ENT, Ophthalmology, General Surgery, and GI is a plus
