Responsibilities
Full-Time OR Circulating Registered Nurse (OR RN)
Location: Providence Surgery Center, Mt. Juliet, TN
Overview: Providence Surgery Center, a leading multispecialty surgery center in Mt. Juliet, TN, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Full-Time Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) to join our dynamic team. We offer state-of-the-art facilities, a collaborative work environment, and opportunities for professional growth and development. Our team of skilled healthcare professionals is committed to excellence in surgical services and patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional nursing care to patients undergoing surgical procedures in various specialties.
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and positive outcomes.
- Assist in the preparation of the operating room, including equipment setup and sterilization procedures.
- Monitor patients during surgery, ensuring adherence to protocols and standards of care.
- Administer medications, manage IV lines, and provide post-operative care and monitoring as needed.
- Document patient information accurately and maintain detailed medical records.

Required Skills:
- Valid RN license in the state of Tennessee.
- Minimum of 3 years' of experience as an OR RN, preferably in a multispecialty surgical setting.
- BLS and ACLS certification required.
- CNOR preferred
- Strong clinical skills, including proficiency in surgical instrumentation and sterile techniques.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and critical thinking abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with professionalism.
