Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and personable Full-Time Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience for our patients from the moment they enter our facility. This position offers the opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment while contributing to the overall success of our center.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and assist with inquiries.
- Verify patient information, insurance coverage, and collect necessary payments.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and patient records management.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
- Follow HIPAA guidelines and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
- Provide excellent customer service and address patient concerns or issues promptly.

Required Skills:
