HR Manager at Saint Thomas Hospital for Specialty Surgery
The Human Resources Manager is directly responsible for the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the human resource function. This position will manage the payroll system, and insure the accuracy of the payroll system, focus on the benefit administration and education for the facilities employees. This includes the accurate entry and management of the benefit system as well as education of the employees regarding options available to them. This position also supports the human resources function of the hospital. This includes assisting with the processes of hiring, retention, termination, personnel records, legal compliance and benefits.

Required Experience:
- Bachelor's degree AND/OR five years' human resources experience
- Knowledge of Payroll, Benefits Process, FMLA, Worker’s Compensation, OSHA, Short-Term Disability, 401k, and HR/Payroll Law.
Excellent computer skills - Able to deal tactfully with all staff members; Good communication and people skills
- Must possess the ability to prioritize responsibilities and handle multiple projects simultaneously
