Position Summary:
We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Sterile Processing Technician to join our team full-time. This role offers a balanced schedule with no holidays, weekends, or on-call shifts required, making it an excellent opportunity for those seeking stability and work-life balance. The Sterile Processing Technician will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness, sterility, and organization of surgical instruments and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Properly clean, sterilize, and organize surgical instruments, adhering to established protocols.
- Inspect and assemble instrument trays, ensuring all necessary instruments are in place and in optimal condition.
- Maintain sterilization records and comply with quality assurance procedures.
- Collaborate with operating room staff to ensure timely delivery of sterile equipment and efficient workflow.
- Uphold rigorous standards of safety, cleanliness, and infection control within the Sterile Processing Department.

Required Skills:
- Certification in Sterile Processing (SPD or CRCST certification).
- Minimum HS Diploma or GED
- Proven track record of longevity in previous roles, demonstrating commitment and reliability.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
