USPI is seeking a motivated Regional Clinical Director to join our team. This is a fast-paced environment committed to producing the highest quality work and experience for patients and their families. 

Job Summary:

The Regional Clinical Director is directly responsible for providing clinical and quality support to assigned ASCs including expertise on regulatory changes, promotion of a culture of safety, assistance with survey preparation and follow-up, policy and procedure updates and other clinical operations initiatives. The Regional Clinical Director will act as a resource for Clinical Pilar's/priorities, EDGE training and questions concerning regulatory standards. The Regional Clinical Director will assist the leadership team and facilities with patient care aspects of new service line development. The Regional Clinical Director will work with our Health System partners as needed to enhance our quality reporting and assist with clinical integration initiatives. The Regional Clinical Director will work with RVPs, the Administrators, ASC Clinical Directors, and Clinical Liaisons to identify and deploy appropriate resources for facility requests, Regional projects and USPI clinical operations initiatives. The Regional Clinical Director will work within project teams and independently. Periodic travel will be required.

Skills

  • Proven experience as Regional Clinical Director or other managerial position
  • Experience in clinical supervision and program management
  • Solid understanding of budgeting, resourcing and performance evaluation procedures
  • Excellent knowledge of standards (e.g. ISO) and regulations for the clinical field
  • Proficient in MS Office and computer systems (e.g. patient management software)
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Exceptional organizational and leadership skills
  • Aptitude in resolving issues and conflicts


Required Skills:

This individual must be willing to travel. This candidate should possess at minimum a bachelor's degree in a related field, with preference for a master's in healthcare or business administration along with at least 5 years healthcare related experience.
