Position: Materials Management Coordinator
Hours: Monday–Friday | Day Shift
What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll help keep our hospital running smoothly by making sure supplies are available, organized, and cost‑effective. You’ll work closely with departments and vendors to support quality patient care behind the scenes.
Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
- Order and manage medical and non‑medical supplies
- Monitor inventory levels and keep supplies stocked
- Work with vendors on pricing, contracts, and deliveries
- Maintain accurate item records in Cerner
- Receive and organize deliveries
- Review invoices and ensure correct billing
- Track implants, consignment items, and recalls
- Coordinate equipment repairs as needed
- Support leadership and assist with special projects

Required Skills:
What We’re Looking For
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in hospital materials, purchasing, or inventory preferred
- Familiarity with inventory systems (Cerner a plus)
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in a healthcare setting
