Position: Post Surgical Unit Registered Nurse (RN)
Shift: Thursday, Friday, Saturday (7 AM – 7 PM)
Sign-On Bonus: $10,000!

What You’ll Do:
- Provide compassionate, clinically sound nursing care to patients 
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams 
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and respond quickly to changes 
- Educate and counsel patients and their families 
- Be a mentor and positive role model for others on the team 
- Ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper use of supplies and equipment 
- Actively participate in continued education, committee work, and quality improvement initiatives 
Education and Experience Required:
- Board Eligible Graduate Nurse or Associate’s degree from an accredited two-year college or university, or diploma in nursing 
- Prefer at least one year of medical-surgical nursing experience 
Environmental and Physical Requirements:
- Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions 
- Work in a temperature-controlled environment 
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently; possess cognitive skills for math, reading, filing, and sterile technique 
- Vision requirements include near, mid-range, far, peripheral vision, ability to adjust focus, and depth perception 
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with employees, patients, families, and physicians 
- Hearing ability for low, medium, and high pitch sounds 
- Physical abilities for standing, sitting, crouching, kneeling, frequent walking, and reaching (both above head and below waist) 
- Job risks include exposure to blood and body fluids (high risk), viruses, diseases, and infections from patients and specimens 
- Contact with lasers and chemicals 
- Must be able to lift 30–50 pounds and support patients 
- The physical demands described are representative of those required to successfully perform the essential job functions 
What We're Looking For:
- Valid RN License in the State of Oklahoma 
- BCLS Certification (or obtain within 90 days) 
- ACLS Certification (or obtain within 6 months) 
- A team player with excellent communication and critical thinking skills 
- Someone who can remain calm, caring, and focused under pressure
