Physician Assistant - Dr. Sam
Oklahoma City, Oklahoma HPIP Sam (100107)Full Time Physician Assistant needed for busy Interventional Pain Management physician in South OKC
Responsibilities of the Physician Assistant position include but are not limited to:
- Examining and treating new and follow-up patients in clinic setting
- Taking medical histories, initiating and completing patient assessment plans
- Ordering labs and diagnostic studies, interpreting x-rays and other diagnostic tests
- Ordering and prescribing appropriate medications, maintaining timely documentation and providing pre and post-operative care
- Assisting physician during surgery and completing discharge summaries as requested by physician
Monday-Friday, no weekends or major holidays
Requirements:
- Active Physician Assistant licensure required in the State of Oklahoma
- EHR experience (Epic) preferred but not required
- New graduates will be considered
- Candidates should possess a strong work ethic and the ability to interact well with patients and co-workers
