Pre-Cert Scheduler Full Time - Dr. Beacham
Oklahoma City, Oklahoma HPIP Beacham (100105)Full Time Pre-Cert Scheduler needed for pain management clinic in North Oklahoma City
- Monday-Friday, no weekends or major holidays
Responsibilities
- Responsible for all incoming scheduling calls for new and existing patient and referrals for multiple providers
- Will obtain authorizations for office visits and procedures
- Responsible for the accuracy of the providers schedules
- Scan and index patient records into EHR
- Will work within a team and share our vision for excellent patient care
- Various duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Medical eligibility/pre-certification experience required
- Must be organized and dependable, be able to work independently yet in a team atmosphere and possess a compassionate and caring attitude towards our patients
- Experience with electronic health records (Epic) a plus
- Experience in pain management is highly preferred
- High School graduate or equivalent required (GED)
