Arizona Specialty Hospital is a specialty inpatient hospital which was established to set a new standard for excellence and patient satisfaction in the delivery of orthopedic and spinal surgery. Our singular focus is the state-of-the-art care of musculoskeletal conditions including joint replacement, spine surgery and other reconstructive procedures. Our mission is to provide first-class surgical services for the community in a safe, comfortable and welcoming environment; one in which we would be happy to treat our own families.
Job Summary:
The CNA is responsible for helping our surgical patients through their inpatient stay, providing basic care needs, under the direction of a RN. Certified Nursing Assistants are important members of the care team – providing comfort and safety as our patients begin their surgical recovery. Responsibilities include taking vital signs, assisting with Activities of Daily Living, and ambulation.
Required Skills:
Qualifications:
- High School Graduate/GED.
- Active Nursing Assistant certification.
- Current BLS certification.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good organizational habits.
Schedule:
Night (night shift differentials + weekend differentials)
