Revenue Cycle Manager at Arizona Specialty Hospital
The Revenue Cycle Manager oversees all functions within the Business Office but is primarily focused on revenue cycle management for the Hospital. This position establishes effective working relationships with all constituencies including patients, physicians, and contracted insurance providers to ensure efficient reimbursement of rendered services. In addition to supporting facility-based operations, this position serves as the revenue cycle operations liaison to the USPI Central Support Office (CSO).
Supervises: Admitting/Registration, Insurance Verification, Patient Billing, Charge Entry, HIM, Collections, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Reception

- Billing and Collection Management
- Cash Posting & Reconciliation
- Denied Claim Management
- Payer Credentialing
- Hospital Information Management (HIM)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field preferred
- Five years of supervisory experience in a healthcare revenue cycle capacity
- Proficiency in accounting and ability to use computer-automated accounting systems
- Experience working with different types of third-party payers including HMO, PPO and Medicare/Medicaid, etc.
- Demonstrates accountability, integrity, professionalism, innovation, as well as an openness to new ideas.
