Perioperative Nurse FTs are an integral part of the surgical team, providing essential nursing care to patients during surgical cases. Their role requires a high level of accuracy and professionalism in a fast-paced surgical environment. Perioperative Nurse FTs are responsible for ensuring that patients receive the highest standard of care during surgery. Their ability to maintain a professional approach while providing nursing care is critical in ensuring positive patient outcomes while keeping patients and their families informed. Will work directly with surgeons, medical/surgical staff and post-acute caregivers to create comprehensive patient care from pre- to post-op. ASC Woodholme is looking for a Perioperative Nurse to join our team!
About Us:

About The Role:
Monday through Friday with no nights, no weekends, no holidays, and no call.
At Summit, we know that nurses are the backbone of the ASC. For us, that means building a cohesive team that is cross trained to provide exceptional patient care in all areas of the ASC including pre-op, PACU, the OR and procedure rooms.
Our team primarily works at their home ASC, but on occasion, is asked travel to other ASCs within the area. Mileage reimbursement is provided.
About You:
You are a team player who is looking for a position where you can be more than just a number and really contribute to the success of a growing and thriving healthcare organization.
You have a degree in nursing, an RN license in the State of Maryland and BLS, ACLS and maybe even PALS.
Your experience includes working in a fast-paced, healthcare environment. Ideally, you have experience in a perioperative role at an ASC or hospital, but if not, you may have worked in an ED or on L&D. Any experience with urology of course means urine business!

Pay Range- Min: $38 - Max: $52
Required Skills:
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors Degree in Nursing or lesser degree and commensurate experience.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Maryland.
- Minimum of one year of experience as a Registered Nurse in perioperative care.
- CPR and ACLS certification is required.
