Receptionist needed for busy, multispecialty ASC in Port Charlotte, Florida.. United Surgical Partners International is a company that specializes in the development and operation of Ambulatory Surgical Facilities in the U.S. and the UK. We provide first-class surgical services for local communities and recognize our employees as our number one assets.

The Receptionist interfaces with patients and families, physicians and staff, admits patients and process their paperwork, updates patient demographics/information in system, collects monies due and document in the billing system, handles funds per office procedure, and answers incoming phone calls.


Required Skills:
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • One year previous experience or some hospital clerical experience or medical terminology preferred.
  • Must have the skills necessary to operate office equipment that are required to fulfill job duties.
  • Forty-five (45) wpm typing skills required.
  • Medical terminology and computer experience beneficial
  • Bilingual preferred.
