Position Overview:

The RCM QA Manager will lead and scale the Quality Assurance program for offshore revenue cycle operations. This role will oversee QA analysts and partner with leadership and department managers to ensure high-quality standards across all RCM functions. The manager will play a critical role in defining audit strategy, building scoring criteria, and identifying trends in performance. They will not deliver direct training but will support development by collaborating with the training manager and operational leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the QA program for all offshore revenue cycle functions (billing, A/R, collections, etc.).
  • Supervise QA analysts and support their development and calibration.
  • Build and refine QA scoring criteria and tools in collaboration with training and operational leadership.
  • Analyze audit data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for training or process improvement.
  • Maintain reporting dashboards and quality summaries for leadership.
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure timely delivery of feedback and alignment on expectations.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts, including beta testing of new tools or processes.
  • Partner with the RCM Training Manager to align QA trends with training curriculum updates.
  • Work cross-functionally with stakeholders to ensure transparency, accountability, and consistency in offshore performance oversight.

Required Skills:

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5-7 years of RCM experience, with at least 2+ years in a QA, audit, or team leadership role.
  • Demonstrated ability to build or improve QA programs and tools.
  • Experience with audit scoring, reporting, and performance monitoring.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills across departments.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict timelines.
  • Proficient in Excel and reporting tools; experience with Advantx and SIS preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or healthcare administration preferred.
