FT Front Desk/Registration Coordinator

The Front Desk/Patient Registration Coordinator:
- Work hours 5:30 a.m. - 2 p.m.
- Communicates with patients and families, physicians and staff
- Register and admit patients and process their paperwork
- Prepare patient charts
- Update patient demographics/information in system
- Collect monies due and prepare daily deposit log
- Answer incoming phone calls.
- Other duties that may be assigned by management

Required Skills:
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- One year previous experience or some hospital/medical clerical experience or medical terminology preferred.
- Must have the skills necessary to operate office equipment that are required to fulfill job duties.
- Thirty-five (35) wpm typing skills required.
- Medical terminology and computer experience beneficial
- Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills.
- Familiarity with patient engagement software.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Longevity in past roles.
