We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Full-Time Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and smooth operations at the front desk.

Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and handle inquiries.
- Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed.
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure efficient patient flow.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
- Assist with insurance verification and billing processes.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming.

Required Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification in office administration or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment with professionalism.
- Longevity in past roles.
