Nurse Managers are an integral part of the surgical team, providing essential nursing care to patients during surgical cases. Their role requires a high level of accuracy and professionalism in a fast-paced surgical environment. Nurse Managers are responsible for ensuring that patients receive the highest standard of care during surgery. Their ability to maintain a professional approach while providing nursing care is critical in ensuring positive patient outcomes while keeping patients and their families informed. Will work directly with surgeons, medical/surgical staff and post-acute caregivers to create comprehensive patient care from pre- to post-op. Responsibilities
Roseville Surgery Center has an opening for a full-time Nurse Manager at our multi-specialty ambulatory Surgery Center.
As a Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our facility. Your leadership will drive the successful execution of surgical procedures across multiple specialties. You will collaborate closely with our team of dedicated healthcare professionals to maintain our reputation as a state-of-the-art surgical center.
Job Summary:
Directs, coordinates and controls the multi-disciplinary activities for patients undergoing surgical intervention in a safe environment. Responsible for the interpretation, direction and evaluation of nursing practice to promote safe, efficient and therapeutically effective nursing care throughout the Center.
The pay range for this position is $62 - 74/hour, depending on experience.
Monday-Friday work schedule!

Required Skills:
Job Requirements:
- ·Graduate of accredited school of professional nursing. BSN preferred.
- ·Current California RN License
- ·Two (2) years experience in surgery management that must include pre-op, intra-op, post-op care experience.
- ·BLS & ACLS Certification required
- ·Independent decision making skills.
- ·Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects.
- ·Excellent communication skills with staff and physicians.
