Roseville, California Roseville Surgery Center (12001)Roseville Surgery Center has an opening for a full-time Nurse Manager at our multi-specialty ambulatory Surgery Center.
Job Summary:
As a Nurse Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our facility. Your leadership will drive the successful execution of surgical procedures across multiple specialties. You will collaborate closely with our team of dedicated healthcare professionals to maintain our reputation as a state-of-the-art surgical center. You will direct, coordinate and control the multi-disciplinary activities for patients undergoing surgical intervention in a safe environment. Responsible for the interpretation, direction and evaluation of nursing practice to promote safe, efficient and therapeutically effective nursing care throughout the Center.
The pay range for this position is $128,960 - $153,920 annual, depending on experience.
Monday-Friday work schedule!

NO Nights, NO Weekends, NO Holiday work hours!

Required Skills:
Job Requirements:
- ·Graduate of accredited school of professional nursing. BSN preferred.
- ·Current California RN License
- ·Two (2) years experience in surgery management that must include pre-op, intra-op, post-op care experience.
- ·BLS & ACLS Certification required
- ·Independent decision making skills.
- ·Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects.
- ·Excellent communication skills with staff and physicians.
