San Antonio, Texas San Antonio - Westover Hills (11318)Job Summary: Pre-Op responsibilities included but are not limited to admitting the patient to the clinical area and providing nursing care to the preoperative patient, as well as, developing a nursing care plan specifically designed for the individual patient. Post-Operative Care Unit (PACU) responsibilities include are not limited to patients entering the postoperative phase of treatment, responsible for assessing the patient's condition and readiness for discharge.
Employees may be cross trained in other clinical areas and may be expected to perform duties other than their normal ones as staffing and patient needs change.
