Sherman, Texas Baylor Scott & White Surgical Hospital at Sherman (12921)Job Summary: This Registration position is responsible for admitting patients, imputing patient information into the computer system, Interface with patients on the phone and in person. Scanning identification and insurance. Directs patient to appropriate area upon arrival.. Must have excellent customer service.
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Previous registration or medical business office experience preferred.
ICD 10 and CPT code knowledge
Must have excellent customer service skills.
Excellent computer skills
Ability to handle upfront collections.
Required Skills:
