This talented individual will be a key member of the facility by leading by example.
- You will lead an efficient, successful, highly focused customer service trained Pre-Operative/Recovery Department.
- You will motivate and lead many process improvements to make our elite hospital more successful.
Required Skills:
In order to be considered for this position, you must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Must possess a current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Texas
- Graduate of professional school of Nursing. Bachelor''s Degree in Nursing preferred.
- Knowledge of Joint Commission rules and regulations
- Minimum 5 years nursing experience with management experience in once of the following, Critical care, Preop/PACU , OR
- Oversight of all surgery, Anesthesia, Preop/PACU, and Pre Admission Testing and Sterile Processing services. Assist as RN Circulator and Scrub Tech as necessary.
