Salmon Surgery Center, is seeking a motivated Clinical Director - Ambulatory Surgeryto join our established team.

Salmon Surgery Center is a fast-paced Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) environment committed to producing the highest quality work and experience for patients and their families.

Job Summary:

The Clinical Director- Ambulatory Surgery is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the clinical areas (including OR and Pre-OP/PACU) and implements process initiatives to improve efficiency of services and patient experience. The Clinical Director - Ambulatory Surgery will report to the ASC Administrator and will collaborate with them to promote fiscal accountability, develop and revise policies, and evaluate staff performance. The Clinical Director-Ambulatory Surgery will oversee staff credentialing, preventative safety measures, risk management duties, and use their clinical and leadership experience to enhance patient care and improve clinical outcomes.

NO call schedule required

NO Nights, NO Weekends, NO Holiday work hours

Annual Salary Range is $105,000 - $165,000 depending on experience

Required Skills:
  • Graduate of a professional school of Nursing.   BSN or higher degree required. 
  • Current Registered Nurse license to practice in the state of Washington
  • Must have OR Experience
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience in the outpatient surgery area.
  • Demonstrates clinical competency, leadership, and teaching capabilities.
  • Physically and emotionally capable of performing responsibilities of position
  • Current certification in BLS and Advanced Cardiac Life Support.
