Spokane Valley, Washington Providence Surgery and Procedure Center (12392)Providence Surgery and Procedure Center has an opening for a full time Materials Tech / Patient Care Tech.

What You Will Do (Job Summary)
Maintain a clean and orderly patient care environment. Order, receive, and stock medical supplies and maintain appropriate inventory of all medical supplies. Provide patient care support to the surgical team, which can include assisting with Operating Room turnovers between cases, transporting patients, and making up beds. May have additional responsibilities designated by the manager, which may include, but are not limited to, providing patient care in other peri-operative departments.

- NO call required
- NO Nights, NO Holiday work hours

Pay Range: $18.67 - 27.07/hour, depending on experience

Required Skills:
·High School diploma or GED
·Experience in hospital or medical facility supply chain required
·Any patient care experience is a plus
·Computer skills and strong organization skills needed.
·Excellent communication and teamwork abilities needed
·Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
·Ability to stand, bend, twist, squat and lift heavy items above your head and shoulders
·Ability to work in a clean and sterile environment
·Current CPR preferred. Must obtain within 90 days of start.
·Demonstrate necessary clinical competency
