We are looking for a Patient Services Representative at the Colorado Urologic Surgery Center located in Superior, CO.
Patient Services Representatives are responsible for patient admissions, chart preparation and scheduling appointments. This is a fast paced environment and multitasking skills are essential. Customer service focus is a valued attribute. Must be able to work independently in a busy medical office and be able to navigate situations as well as problem solve.
Required Skills:
- Verbal and written communication skills to interact clearly with patients, vendors and other employees
- Organization skills to keep accurate records and find important information quickly
- Time management skills to prioritize and complete a side variety of tasks throughout the day
- Patience and listening skills to respond appropriate and interact positively with upset patients
- Interpersonal skills to create a pleasant experience for all patients, such as being personable and attentive
- Multitasking and the ability to switch between tasks with ease
- Past experience in a Medical office preferred but not required
- Will train with right attitude
Pay: $18/HR-$22/HR.
$1,000K sign on bonus. First payment at 6 months, 2nd payment at 12 months.
