About Us

Memorial Hermann Surgery Center – Woodlands Parkway is part of United Surgical Partners International (USPI), a leading network of ambulatory surgical centers across the country. We specialize in high-quality outpatient procedures and prioritize patient safety, efficiency, and teamwork in a supportive environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Circulate in a variety of surgical procedures, ensuring optimal OR flow and patient safety
  • Maintain a sterile field and follow strict infection prevention standards
  • Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical techs throughout procedures
  • Monitor and document patient status during intraoperative care
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Prepare OR equipment and verify availability of instruments and supplies

What We’re Looking For

  • Experienced in circulating OR cases across multiple specialties
  • Calm, organized, and able to anticipate surgical team needs
  • Knowledgeable in sterile technique, OR workflow, and EMR documentation
  • Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced ambulatory environment
  • Excellent communicator and reliable team player

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required
  • Active RN license in the state of Texas (required)
  • BLS and ACLS certifications (required or willingness to obtain upon hire)
  • Minimum 1 year of circulating experience in the OR (required)
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records and surgical documentation systems a plus
