USPI Memorial Hermann Surgery Center, Woodland Parkway is seeking a motivated X-Ray Tech to join our team. We have 4 OR rooms and 1 treatment room. We perform outpatient surgical procedures in Orthopedics, Neurology, ENT, Pain Management, Podiatry, Plastic Surgery. Position requires weekdays only -- no holidays, weekends, or call. Some early mornings and later evenings may be required; schedule subject to change based on surgical schedule and flow of the day.

Job Summary: The X-Ray Tech performs basic to complex diagnostic radiographic procedures as requested by a licensed physician.

Qualifications:

  • Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program required.
  • ARRT certification required.
  • BLS certification 
  • Previous experience in a surgical or hospital setting
  • Strong understanding of radiologic imaging techniques and safety procedures.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced surgical environment.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to adapt to various imaging needs during surgical procedures.
  • Proficiency in operating radiologic equipment and troubleshooting technical issues.
