Tyler, Texas Texas Spine and Joint Hospital (12977)Looking for experienced C.N.A. at Texas Spine and Joint Hospital in Tyler, Texas. Must have one year of hospital C.N.A. experience and must hold current C.N.A. certification. Requires current BLS or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment. We self schedule with guidelines. Unit is open 7 days a week/24 hours a day. Day shift hours are from 6:45 am to 7:00pm.
