FRONT OFFICE REPRESENTATIVE (FT) - URGENT CARE TYLER TEXAS SPINE AND JOINT HOSPITAL
Tyler, Texas Texas Spine and Joint Hospital (12977)Front desk responsibilities include and not limited to answering all external calls; greeting every patient that arrives in the lobby of TSJH Urgent Care. They will review and scan ID & insurance cards, verification of benefits, LOP orders and any other vital information that is forwarded to him/her to enter in CPSI. Will ensure the lobby is always well maintained. Admit patients into CPSI & notify the Medical Assistant that they have a patient ready. Collect co-pays and run a daily report balancing all money collected. Minimum of one-year related experience in a healthcare facility. Hours of operations for Urgent Care facility are 7:30am – 8pm Monday-Saturdays with a rotating schedule. Position is located at the Tyler, Texas Urgent Care.
