The IT Systems Admin I is responsible for providing technical support and maintenance of IT systems, ensuring smooth operation and efficient resolution of issues related to hardware, software, networks, and user access. This role involves proactive planning, troubleshooting user issues, and coordinating with external vendors for system upgrades and migrations.  Required Skills and Qualifications:1 Year work experience in Information Technology, strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems, familiarity with Telecom and faxing systems, proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, familiarity with backup systems and disaster recovery processes, excellent communication skills for user support and vendor collaboration, and ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic healthcare environment.  Preferred Qualifications: Experience with healthcare IT systems and protocols, certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent, and experience in managing Active Directory and remote access solutions.  Pay range is $45,000 to $55,000 based on experience.  This position is NOT remote and will be included in the on-call rotation that might require in-person assistant.
