Physicians’ Surgery Center at Tidewater is seeking a Full‑Time Operating Room Registered Nurse to join our busy, multispecialty ambulatory surgery center in Virginia Beach. We are proud to offer a consistent four‑day (Monday–Thursday) workweek, providing predictable hours and exceptional work‑life balance.

Position Summary
The Operating Room Registered Nurse is responsible for providing and coordinating perioperative nursing care in support of USPI’s mission, vision, and facility goals. This role builds effective working relationships with patients, physicians, staff, and leadership while contributing to safety, quality, customer service, and financial performance.
Qualifications
- Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (BSN preferred)
- Licensure: Current Virginia RN license
- Certifications: BLS required; ACLS within 90 days of hire
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of Operating Room experience preferred
- Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Independent decision-making and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Commitment to patient safety and high-quality care
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
