Baylor Scott & White Surgicare Weatherford is hiring a Materials Manager to join our team!
Position requires weekdays only -- no holidays, weekends, nights or calls. 
Materials Manager at Baylor Scott & White Surgicare Weatherford:
The Materials Manager is responsible for the process, which includes inventory control: ordering all medical supplies, maintaining an appropriate inventory of all medical supplies, receiving and stocking of all medical supplies to their assigned area. Provides support to the surgical team, and provides patient care within the prevailing state standards of practice and according to the policies of the facility. Communicates appropriate information to other team members. 
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED  
  • 2+ years of Materials Management experience in a health care environment required.
  • Strong customer service background
  • Strong math and counting skills 
  • Computer experience required (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word and Excel preferred)
  • Able to deal tactfully with public and other staff members
  • Must possess the ability to prioritize responsibilities and handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to deal with repetitive task
  • Ability to work in a clean and sterile environment
