Scheduling Department Clerk at Houston Physicians Hospital

The Scheduling Department Clerk is responsible for daily maintenance of the schedule and all aspects of the scheduling process. This includes strategizing and problem solving and ensuring high levels of customer service with scheduling coordinators from all doctors' offices and staff.

Qualifications:

  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • One year previous experience or some hospital clerical experience or medical terminology preferred.
  • Must have the skills necessary to operate office equipment that are required to fulfill job duties.
  • Medical terminology and computer experience beneficial
  • Bilingual preferred.
  • Good communication skills.
