Total Joint Coordinator at Kimel Park Surgical Center:

The Total Joint RN is responsible for the development, coordination and maintenance of the care continuum for total joint replacement patients. The Total Joint RN provides leadership for all aspects of the continuum of care beginning before surgery through postop; including Pre-Admission Testing, Peri-op Services, inpatient units, post-acute care and all other applicable entities within the orthopedic service line related to evidence-based practice for orthopedic patients. The Total Joint RN will assist in the planning, development, and implementation of program goals and operations. The Total Joint RN coordinates and oversees the ongoing disease-specific certification process to continually improve care for the orthopedic patient population. The RN must have ortho experience.

Required Experience:
  • Current RN license required.
  • Minimum of three (3) years clinical experience as an RN.
  • Background of clinical experience in Orthopedics.
