Registration Clerk at Surgical Institute of Reading
The Registration Clerk interfaces with patients and families, physicians and staff. Admit patients and process their paperwork, update patient demographics/information in system, collect monies due and document in the billing system, handle funds per office procedure, answer incoming phone calls, filing and other duties as needed.
Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Must have 2 years of medical office experience
- Must have the skills necessary to operate office equipment that are required to fulfill job duties.
- Medical terminology and computer experience.
- Bilingual preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
